The Story Thus Far

Therjeston, of Wisconsin, formerly population 153, is going to hell. Over 40 people have disappeared without a trace. Many more than that have been found dead, in a variety of gruesome ways. It started a week ago, when a meteor passed over the town traveling at incredible speeds, before hitting Lake Superior. The Mayor, the first victim, turned up dead twelve hours later, with his head missing.

Furthermore, there have been many strange sightings. UFOs, aliens, demons, strange balls of light. Everyone is convinced that they've seen something.

No one knows what's really going on.

Options are scarce. Many people have already fled the town. Finally, today, there have been mutterings of "doing something about it". And that's how you found yourself in the Square, with a gun in your hand.
