Gay Marriage will be illegal in California

95% of precincts have reported now in California, and Proposition 8, which would ban gay marriage by officially defining the constitution to disallow it, is passing with around 52% of the vote.

With many other states slowly starting to open up and grant gay marriage, California has a set as president to outright ban it via constitutional amendment.

What do you think?

I think the Proposition 8 thread is right at the top I mean honestly.
