Yeah, most of that stuff is nauseating to me. And I EAT foods that would kill a normal man. It's like, man, all of it looks so sloppy and wasteful. We eat with our eyes before we ever eat with our mouths. Presentation is key here and I'm not seeing a good deal of it in a lot of these.
Not that I'm a professional chef by any stretch, but when I do make food, it always looks good. Half of those look like someone hurled on a photograph and posted it.
