Seems like he dislikes you for some reason. Like its personal.
Maybe he's got his own reasons, but really its a working relationship and if you're not friends, then there doesn't need to be any emotion involved on either part. He's supposed to do his job, you're supposed to do yours. Getting upset about it doesn't help anyone. Writing those incident reports and getting a paper trail on his poor behavior is the best course of action. Although the minute you let your frustration get to you and you fly off the handle, you open yourself up to similar censure. My advice is to limit your interaction with him to concise orders, only need to know information, and to continue to document his poor attitude and/or performance. Eventually he'll either straighten up or get fired. |
