Some new laws:
1) People earning less than $1,000,000 are deprived of all citizenship rights, the right to due process and legal representation....
2) The above clause applies to all people of colour irrespective of income.
3) Those earning under $100,000 must provide the government with 20 hours labour a week, the object of their labour to be decided by the ten richest men in the country. This will replace any need for an income tax
