Ballparking it, Yes. It's not as heavy handed about the narration this time around and the Gameplay is ...much more interesting to behold. Their is literally hundreds of builds (and not in the usual RPG way) It's a bit clunky Menu-wise but in the fighting and story its pure silk.

I recommend Tropico 5, my only complant so far is that some of the features they cut to trim the fat I miss, but what they added (Differnt Eras, smoother budget mangement, Dynasties) is worth it so far.

It has the same voice actor as Rucks (Logan Cunningham) but instead of a narration its more of a one sided conversation.

Also I'm secretly hoping that there's going to be a TWIST ENDING and that the Wii U version of Watch Dogs was actually the only one that lived up to the E3 visual standards because it'd be funny.
