I'm guessing BM just hit his head when he was sent flying after the explosion and his head is now leeking precious precious fluids which is why the colors are off.

Yeah but really that's just more a particularly clever style of inflicting suffering. Nobody who knows up from down is fool enough to mistake the passive-agressive tormentations of the HR culture for anything like actual kindness.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but look at the background in the comic. Instead of being the same for each panel, it's actually continuous - I'm not sure how to explain it, but the right side of one panel corresponds with the left of the next and so on. It's as if he has one picture layered under the entire of the comic, instead of frame by frame. I'm not sure if he's done this before, or even if this is new to anyone, but it's something I noticed, and I thought it was cool.
