I neglected to mention my wonderifluous ADD. If I chuck a new topic into the thread, the old one isn't abandoned. It just had to be posted before a new, bigger, better, more distracting idea came along and bumped the current one out of my head. It's really aggravating to get ideas down sometimes - they all start to look half-baked when I write them by hand. I take about twice-and-a-half as long to process stuff into written word. Blagh!

I need minions. Scribe minions.

There is also a fly outside my window I wish to crush, but my window's in the way. I'm hoping there's a method we can develop to improve the BFZGGLHC (big fucking zombie gnome golem lodestone halo cannon) to pinpoint accuracy for clean-cutting destructing of such minute annoyances.

Perhaps if you made your windows a "liquid glass" (I think there's a monster that's like that). That way you can grab and squish the bug, viz the window moving around the form of your hand, without having to even go outside.

I'm pretty sure glass is a liquid, just a very very viscuous one. Also, if the glass was liquidy enough to put your hand through, it'd just fall to the floor.

Not if it was a membrane. Sticky solid enough to protect from flies and air, but flexible hands can pull apart. Give it regenerative qualities and make it harden when exposed to extreme stress and tough against direct pressure(something smacking into it) and you're good to go.

Added bonus of birds not splatting against it just bouncing off.

What if we could only make the window's liquid properties work from inside the room where the window is. You could reach out the window to smack the fly but the fly(or anything else) couldn't get in.
