Also beat Yukari! In Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, but still just as hard, as Yukari!Haxery cannot be denied. I also beat Tenshi Hinanai on maniac without dying, granted I used Aya Syameimaru, but it still counts.
I finished Outpost 2; Divided Destiny. This is an achievement in and of itself. While not a videogame, in Exalted, I beat up what was effectively analogous to a C'tan and four necron lords with a quarterstaff, and no combat charms. Quote:

Well, I have done lots of insanely difficult solo challenges. Examples include soloing Freya in SO3 with Fayt. Actually I have soloed every boss basically with Fayt, and that was before I knew about Uber-Fayt.
I also managed to beat Neblim in Tales of the Abyss with guy solo doing 1 damage against 1.2 million HP on her unknown mode. I've also soloed the final boss with basically every character. Hell, I've taken down every super boss in every Tales Game I've ever played. Managed to beat DMC3 on the second to hardest difficulty. OH god the pain! On a win note, I have managed to crash my PS2 before. I don't know how I did it. All I was playing was DMC3. Working on doing insane stuff in Disgaea. I'm going after the Item Gods! And the alternative hell.

So a long time ago, I was playing Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark. For those of you who haven't played it, all of your badass equipment is stolen in the first three seconds of play and you don't get it back until later.
I had the game's music turned off, and was listening to my own. I'd gotten to that big room full of drow with the chest that has your equipment in it. This was my first time actually PLAYING HotU's main campaign instead of just using it to play epic mods, so I was high level and had sweet equipment waiting for me, but I didn't know it was there. I was playing a rogue/fighter. Anyway, me and my group were getting killed. The two NPCs had gone down, and I was nearly dead. I managed to hide though, and I started sneaking around. In doing so, I found the chest containing all of my equipment, which made me more or less invincible at this stage of the game. I quickly donned it, then dropped out of stealth mode. Almost immediately, fireballs hit me from pretty much every wizard in the room. The explosions actually caused some slowdown on the graphics, so there was this DBZ-ish dustcloud effect. As the explosions cleared and I emerged unscathed, Winamp suddenly kicked over to "Rock You Like a Hurricane." I don't think I need to say what happened next. I think that's honestly one of my favourite gaming moments ever outside of tabletop.

You know, I really wish I'd got an acheivement last night on Killzone 2 for getting a sniper kill despite the fact that I couldn't actually see what I was shooting at. Twice.
Managed the first time when the enemy propaganda carrier (think flag carrier in a standard CTF match) ran past and was about to run through a doorway when a grenade went off ahead of him, obscuring everything with smoke. Somehow I shot through the smoke and hit him. We won. Second time was when I got into a battle with another sniper. I edged around a corner inside our own spawn area, already cloaked, and looked straight down towards the enemy spawn point, cautiously because I figured there might be someone down that way, maybe even another sniper doing the same thing I was. Turned out there was, and this dude must've seen the flicker of my cloak failing as I moved into position, so he opened fire first. He missed me and instead hit a nearby turret, causing it to explode and nearly killing me. So now my vision has gone black and white from being near death and the smoke from the explosion is blinding me further, but I remembered where exactly he had been so I adjusted my aim ever so slightly downwards and to the right a little, fired, and headshotted him. I was extremely impressed with that one.

She just barely managed to survive long enough to stand up as I punched a few Auto shottie shells into her Head.
We were kinda lucky on that one, we were close enough to the Upgraded Weapons for me to go back and grab one. Quote:
In a game without any need to, I don't aim very often. Most of the accuracy I have is just when I needed to pick something off as they tackled a teammate, otherwise I was just dumping bullets into Hordes at random.

In Dragon Warrior 3, every member of my party that could change class knew all the moves, also I beat the dragon at the end.
100% in Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission and on Saints Row.

I was playing Pokemon Red and I was in a battle against Misty, and her Staryu really gave me a hard time. She ended up wiping out my (already kinda battered up) pokemon. I thought I was done, but then I saw I still had a level 5 Caterpie I had completely forgot about.
I reluctantly send him out, but for some reason, my Caterpie somehow ended up beating Staryu (barely had any life left). And I thought "Well, as soon as she sends out Starmie, I'm fucked" After she does, for some reason it kept using harden. So after like 20-30 tackles and hardens, my Caterpie ended up beating Misty and leveled from 5 to 14. I've had a special appreciation for bug types ever since.

Destroyed the final boss of Another Century's Episode 3: The Final in under 5 minutes using Gundam Wing Zero Custom. Considering the fact that he normally takes over 15+ minutes to kill, usually kills off both of your wingmen within the first 5 minutes, is 30 times the size of a Gundam (his head is bigger then most of the Mechas in game), and is much faster then you, It felt like an achievement to me.
