It's over on 51 Shalom Crescent in Etobicoke; there's some work that needs to be done to bring it up to code, but it was a definite steal for only $322,000 for it's size and shape and location.

They posted NOTHING of the Upstairs or Downstairs; the Upstairs is actually perfectly alright; the Basement is awful. Needs a massive renovation. Which means I get to use a Diamond-Tip Chainsaw.

It's a pie-shaped lot, so the backyard only holds roughly 65% of a standard lot's capacity. However, see above regarding the diamond-tip chainsaw.
