All About Pokemon Uranium

So a friend of mine told me about a really interesting fan game called something like Pokemon Radiation or something, and it was supposed to be on Steam, but I couldn't find it - or any Pokemon at all on Steam, for that matter.

Anyone know anything about that? Was I just looking in the wrong place or using the wrong name?

I was looking forward to being able to play Pokemon on a PC on my own time, but I just wasn't able to find anything when I looked.

EDIT: Also, I'd tried looking it up, but it just brought me to the post-apocalypse theory in Google.
