If that was a real reason to commit evil , Super Mario would be the Anti-Christ! I mean, the stuff is practically the whole reason he ever saves anything!!

It's less of a reason and more of an excuse made up at the spot. For some reason, he's still hiding the fact he's worshipping Chaos because his lifelong goal is to destroy the world, starting and ending with the other LWs. Which is sort of pointless seeing how he keeps saying it out loud.

But then again, they all seem to forget things like that pretty fast. Like Thief's little "asides." Maybe all that amnesia dust really works.

I don't get why you guys don't understand BM's secret passion for baked goods. I like his argument. He had me at the line "But I figure there's more kinds of cake than fire, so the odds are actually in my favor".

I would invent new kinds of cake just to improve those odds.
