All rumors about Transformers 2 are to be considered false, incorrect, or bald faced lies until I see Bay in front of a camera stating otherwise.

Speaking strictly from a movie fanboy perspective, there is NOTHING, absolutely nothing that anyone, other than Michael Bay himself can say that will convince me that they are going to
A) Put any vehicle in that movie that is more than 3 years old. (The old Camaro notwithstanding, as that was a plot device)
B) let their caterers yak yak yak about the plot, or characters going into the new movie. No way. It's called an NDA, and I would be surprised if BAY didn't sign one himself, and then threaten himself with legal action, and a thorough sacking should he talk about it, let alone his 15 dollar an hour caterer.

That being said, my anticipation of Transformers 2 is exceeded only by my anticipation of Transformers 1
